Delivery

Casualife Outdoor Furniture provides flat-rate delivery for $125 per order to the following highlighted areas:

Toronto Mississauga Oakville
Brampton Vaughan Markham
Pickering Ajax Richmond Hill
Aurora Newmarket

We deliver to other areas throughout Ontario with a delivery charge calculated at $2.5/km from our Markham warehouse. We will calculate your delivery charge and add it to your order in an updated invoice before your payment is processed.

FAQ

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery to our local delivery zones is $125 per order. Delivery to other areas is calculated based on distance from our Markham location. Please see delivery information above.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries are made within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time.

Can I pick up my furniture?

Curbside pickups for all items are available at our Markham store, while smaller items are available at our Mississauga location. You can choose your pickup option during checkout.

What is no contact delivery?

No contact delivery means our team will not come to your door but instead call you by phone before placing your furniture outside in your desired area. Please note due to safety this option is for exterior home delivery only, not condos, at this time.

Do you provide custom cushions?

Cushions are custom-made for all furniture items with cushions. Custom and replacement cushions are available. Visit our full site for more information.

TERMS OF SALE

  • All custom orders, orders with cushions and clearance items are final sale
  • All standard items (without cushions) can be returned by customer at one of our locations within 2 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Items returned past 2 days of delivery may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or store credit
  • Delivery cancellations require 5 business days' notice
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery, any issue or damage must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods
