SUNBRELLA FABRIC: This is a water repellant not waterproof, high performing outdoor fabric that is extremely cleanable and includes a 5 year color warranty.

SUNBRELLA RAIN FABRIC UPGRADE: This is a water resistant version of Sunbrella fabric. Rain fabric has a rubber backing, and a ventilation panel is built into the bottom of each cushion. This is an excellent option if you wish to leave your cushions uncovered. Please note some moisture can still get through the seams and venting panel however this will be minimal.

All of our painted aluminum frames will not experience rust and have been powder coated for exterior use. To clean your painted aluminum use nothing more than a non-abrasive cloth, water and a mild dish detergent. DO NOT clean your painted aluminum top with any type of chemical cleaners or spray. 

Grade A Teak is the most durable wood for exterior use.  We recommend letting your teak grey naturally for that timeless classic look.  Natural teak can absorb moisture and may develop cracks as it expands and contracts with hot and cold temperatures.  UV will patina your teak to a silver/grey within months to a year depending on it’s UV exposure creating that rustic teak look loved by many.
